2. How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
5. How do I return an item?
Please email our customer service team at support@shaw-grey.com Include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.
6. Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not process exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at support@shaw-grey.com Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
